Asiana Minerals Limited (AML) is a mineral exploration and development company incorporated in the United Kingdom (No. 11868057).

AML's key operational objective is to explore and develop mineral deposits in Lao PDR.

​

The Company undertakes to adhere to all international standards associated with health, safety, environmental responsibility and social consultations in Lao PDR while achieving its objective.

​

Financing of the operations will be with private funding initially followed by a public listing.

​

Targeting the critical minerals for the future, AML:

​

• signed Definitive Agreement to acquire 100% of the DOR Copper/Gold, Silver and Iron Ore Project;

• is negotiating the acquisition of a gold project;

• is negotiating the acquisition of a polymetal project (tin, Au, Cu, Zn and Pb);

• is in discussions with Boungnong Sidavong, Managing Director of Lao Mining Development State Enterprise (LMDSE) to form a co-operation project;

• is in discussions to acquire an advance bauxite project; and

• is exploring JV's with local/international companies for Cu/Au and Lead and Zinc projects.
